- Accuracy of Colors: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our Paint By Numbers kits. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate.
- Modifications: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
Custom Content & Copyright (Important for PBN)
- When you upload a photo for a Custom Paint By Numbers kit, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to that image or have permission to use it.
- Elite Paint by Numbers reserves the right to refuse any order that contains imagery we deem offensive, copyrighted (without permission), or inappropriate.
Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail or billing address provided at the time the order was made.
