At Elite Paint by Numbers, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a notification with your tracking details.

Note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 7–15 business days.

Flat Shipping Rates by Location:

  • Canada: CAD 6.99  
  • United States: USD 3.99
  • International: CAD 7.99

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 (or your specific currency).

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your "Elite Paint by Numbers" kit directly through our "Track Order” page.

International Shipping

We are proud to serve art lovers worldwide! Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Elite Paint by Numbers is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.

Packaging & Protection

We take great care in packing your Paint By Numbers kits.

  • Our canvases are rolled (not folded) to prevent creases.
  • Paints are vacuum-sealed to ensure they stay fresh and moist during transit.
  • Brushes and accessories are secured in protective casing.

Damaged or Lost Items

If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately at Info@elitepaintbynumbers.ca. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We will ensure a replacement is sent out to you as quickly as possible.
